Position: Administrative and Compliance Officer

Job Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will help us maintain an efficient workplace and deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain daily office operations, including arranging payments, monitoring financial budgets, scheduling appointments,  and coordinating meetings.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and generating reports as needed.

- Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the organisation complies with all requirements.

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
